With Renaultsport customers typically investing more time in social media, forums and peer networks, Ignition was tasked with creating a module that would help the specialist network's teams understand this process.
Learners selected from one of two customer-based characters, before leading them through the research, qualification, test drive, purchase and ownership stages. The module culminated in a race, where the learner's very-own Renaultsport vehicle would aim to finish in front of the competition thanks to the wealth of knowledge built-up throughout the course.
Customer behaviours were replicated by creating social media and forum environments within the module, with bespoke content created to bring these to life. All design, storyboarding and production was completed in-house by the Ignition team.
Soon after being launched to the Renaultsport specialist network the module was released to the sales and aftersales teams at all UK dealers. User feedback has been fantastic, with 91% of learners saying they will recommend the module to their colleagues.
